1. How do I view the delivery costs for my online order?

The shipping costs will be displayed on the summary at the order page, before your credit card is charged. You may also review your order details and the full price of your purchases before proceeding to the payment page. 


2. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a notification email with your order number as a confirmation. 


3. When can I expect the parcel to arrive?

You will receive another email to notify you of your tracking number with the respective courier company. You may trace and track your parcel’s status at any point of time.
