Shipping & Return Policy

Order acceptance and completion will be deemed complete only upon HWGE issuing a confirmation order via email to the Consumer. HWGE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing reasons to the Consumer before issuing the order confirmation, if any doubt arises.


There are instances when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and for any reason. The Company may request the Consumer to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to their phone number and address, before proceeding further.


  1. Shipping Options, Customs Tax, and Duties


Your order will be shipped based on the shipping method you selected when placing your order. You agree to be responsible for any and all taxes, customs, or duties charged as a result of your purchase. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the Company is not liable for, nor will it refund any such charges or the cost of any products withheld by any Customs department. You are solely responsible for complying with your country’s importation laws related to purchases made from this site.


You also agree that the information provided by the Company on freight, shipping, customs tax, and duties through the site is for reference only, subject to change, and may not be the most updated version. Always check and confirm the latest information regarding your country’s Customs or any other appropriate channel for the latest and most accurate tax and duty information.


  1. Shipping Turnaround


When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping turnaround times are only estimates and are calculated from the date we ship your order, not the date we receive it.


  1. Return Policy


We do not accept returns based on a change of mind, dislike of flavor, or any other reasons. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us, and we will discuss other available options. Examples of damaged items include broken glass, cracked plastic bottles, safety seals removed or torn off, and bottles leaking. Please contact us via email or telephone within 3 days from the date you received your package. We can track the date you received your order, and any contact after 3 days will not be entertained. Please provide photos and describe the damage in your email. Dented bottles or packages are often not considered damaged goods because this does not affect the safety or potency of the product inside.

Exchanges or Returns Guidelines:


  1. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable for returns and exchanges. 

  2. Discounted or special-priced item(s) are final and not eligible for exchange. 

  3. For incorrect item(s), we will deliver the correct item(s) to you after receiving the incorrect item(s), subject to stock availability.

  4. If the replacement item is out-of-stock, we will refund the value of the item within 14 days.

  5. The refund will be transferred directly to the payment method used.


Note:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the item(s) sent back to us for exchange. Please pack the item properly to ensure it does not get damaged in transit and send it via any registered courier service. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of delivery from your postal/courier service so that the parcel can be traced. We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
